Our Real Estate Financing Group includes our commercial mortgage platform in California organizes the pricing and distribution of commercial real estate debt. This group emphasizes the capital market execution, through loan syndications and securitizations, we handle all aspects of placement for commercial real estate loans for our borrowers. We have a particular specialization in Non-Recourse Loans.
The group has sector expertise in retail properties, hotels and golf courses, shopping complex, office buildings, industrial properties, multifamily properties, development projects and casinos and gaming technology. We find financing for real estate investment trusts (REITs), hotel and gaming companies, retailers and public-sector entities. Our Real Estate group also provides financing to a range of ventures that buy, develop and sell land.
Our capital sources provide solutions across the spectrum, from short term floating rate to fully amortizing, long-term debt, and from more highly leveraged mezzanine, bridge, to preferred equity transactions.
